Why automate Colibri’s financial operations?

When Heitor first joined Colibri, he immediately saw the need to integrate their billing platform (Vindi) with their ERP. At the time, their ERP didn’t support integrations, so he decided to switch to one he already trusted: Omie ERP.

“Without automation, I’d have to input all the data manually. We have 370 recurring customers every month — doing this by hand would be impossible.”

Every time a payment is approved in Vindi,
→ create a service order in Omie ERP
→ and also create a payable account entry in Omie ERP.

In other words, with a single three-step automation, he was able to send data to two different destinations automatically.
